  • 1 2-3 pcs Hockhua Bird’s Nest
  • 10 g Lingzhi
  • 10 g American Ginseng
  • 15 g White Fungus
  • 140 g Rock Sugar
  • 6 g Red Dates


  • Soak bird’s nest in clean water for 1 hour and leave it aside.
  • Slice lingzhi and American Ginseng. Remove the seeds of the red dates.
  • Soak white fungus in warm water for 30 minutes.
  • Add bird’s nest, lingzhi, American ginseng, white fungus, red dates and rock sugar into slow cooker. Add water and simmer it for around 1 hour before serving.


Strengthen body immunity and stamina. Suitable for insomnia and forgetfulness.
